Adult Barre Class
Fall Barre Classes (ages 18 & up)
***This 45 minute class is part of a 5 week session – offered twice in the Fall (Sept. 19-Oct. 17 and Oct. 24-Nov. 21). This class is for adults of all ages and is inspired by Ballet, Yoga and Pilates. This class will be a fun, full body workout that will help improve strength, flexibility and balance. A great class for former dancers and dance moms!
Barre Class – Thursdays 8:45-9:30 pm (for both sets of the 5 week sessions)
