Adult Classes

Barre Classes (ages 18 & up)

This class is for adults of all ages and is inspired by Ballet, Yoga and Pilates.  This class will be a fun, full body workout that will help improve strength, flexibility and balance.  A great class for former dancers and dance moms!  Click here to register.

Barre Class – Fridays 9-9:45am

Ballet 2  (ages 16 & up)

This class is for high school and college students, ages 16 and up.  Each class will begin with barre strengthening, conditioning and stretching.  Dancers will also learn a routine for the Christmas Show and Recital. The performances are optional.  Click here to register.
